When you place an order with us in-store, through WhatsApp, or for delivery, you are making an offer to purchase products or services from us. Your order is confirmed once we accept it.
We make every effort to ensure that menu items, pricing, and descriptions are accurate. However, from time to time, products may become unavailable or genuine errors may occur. If this happens, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide suitable alternatives or a refund where appropriate.
Payments
Payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed by Scrum Coffee.
We accept the payment methods displayed in-store or communicated at the time of ordering. By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Any approved refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
Conduct on Our Premises
Scrum Coffee is committed to providing a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all guests.
Customers are expected to behave respectfully toward our team members and fellow guests. We reserve the right to refuse service to, or require the departure of, any individual whose behaviour is abusive, disruptive, threatening, intoxicated, or otherwise compromises the safety, comfort, or experience of others.
For security and safety purposes, our premises may be monitored by CCTV.
Allergens & Food Safety
Your well-being is important to us.
Our food and beverages are prepared in an environment where allergens, including milk, nuts, soy, gluten, and other ingredients, may be present. As a result, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from cross-contamination.
If you have any allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements, please inform our team before placing your order. While we will do our best to assist you, it remains your responsibility to provide us with accurate information regarding any allergy or dietary concern.
